Product returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:
- Product was NOT purchased as a custom product.
- Purchase was made directly from GENOVATION, INC.
- Your return request is within 30-days of receipt of product.
- Product is in original condition, with all contents, warranty information, and packaging.
If all conditions above are met, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#), which should be written visibly on the outside of box. Contact support at: (949) 833-3355 or e-mail (support@genovation.com). Note: an RMA# is required for all returns, any package received without an RMA# will be refused. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns (exception: defective items).Credit/Refunds are subject to evaluation (condition of products received), and issued in same manner payment received. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Any product, which is returned after the One-Year warranty period, shall be subject to the following terms.
Labor Charge: 25% of the products retail price (Flat Rate).
Parts: Determined by product defect(s).
Return Shipping Cost: Determined by customer-selected method.

to verify warranty status.

Any shipment received without an RMA number will be refused, unopened, to the sender. We suggest UPS or insured Parcel Post for shipment. UPS automatically insures shipments up to a $100.00 value. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your product to be serviced or refunded.
